Perseverance and Collaboration - Documentary on the development of Herocean Supply Chain in 2016

       In order to improve teamwork and enhance team cohesion, from October 28th to 29th, 2016, Herocean Group organized headquarters staff to go to the Yangshan Hot Spring Resort in Suzhou for a two-day outdoor development activity. Before the start of the class, the coach asked everyone to carry out the activities of “Squirrel and Big Tree” on the grass, aiming to break the gap between each other and create a happy and harmonious atmosphere for the team.



       Immediately after the coach's guidance, all the personnel were randomly divided into three small teams and named as "Blue Devils", "African Dragon Team" and "Red Wave Team". Each team selected the captain, team secret and mascot. After the team name, team flag, team slogan, overall shape, mascot three consecutive shots, the expansion training officially began as a team competition.



      In the subsequent expansion training, the coach arranged tasks such as a speed of 60 seconds, a book transfer, and a blueprint. In each mission, each team completes all tasks through team leader command, planning, division of labor, teamwork and teamwork.



     In the evening, the indoor "bonfire" party pushed the whole outreach training to a climax through various games and programs. Every member enjoys the sense of honor and happiness as a part of the team!



     In the second day of the training, the expansion training was transferred to the nearby “White Horse Dragon Pool” scenic spot. The task assigned by the coach is to “speed forward”. The whole task has to go to the five points of the scenic spot. After reaching each point, the whole team completes two tasks under the supervision of the team coach, after all the tasks are completed. Go back to the starting point and complete the additional tasks. Finally, the digital password is parsed by the information collected at each point, and then the first team completing the task opens the treasure chest with the parsed password.



      With the opening of the champagne, the two-day expansion was also successfully completed. During these two days, we have sweat, laughter, and emotion. Every member has achieved self-breakthrough in order to accomplish common goals. What we have learned is not only solidarity and positive energy, but also more. Responsibility and gratitude!
