On the 26th and 27th of October, the 2019 annual team building activity by the headquarter of Herocean Group was held in Mogan Mountain. Despite the artificial rainfall, we were excited to come to the hometown of Mr. Song Senhua, founder and president of the group.
After a long drive, 27 employees of Herocean arrived at the Shen Yuan Expansion Base. After a simple meal, under the instruction of the coach, we participated in some team building activities. During the activities, all of us relaxed ourselves and had great fun.
After enjoying the delicious farm-style diner, we lived in a private single-family villa. At the quiet night, we drank wine together, or chat with each other in rooms, or played cards, or sing songs in KTV: we had a gentle night accompanied by melodious music.
The next morning, after having warm porridge and delicious dishes, we rode a bus to the Yu village to climb the mountain there. Walking past the long residential streets and scrambled over the stony slopes, we began to climb the mountain with precipitous mountain path totally different from flat paved path. Crossing the clear gurgling stream, we scrambled high hill. Those with strong stamina went far ahead and the rest left behind gasping. After an hour's trek, we arrived at the Jian Pond, which indicated that we entered the mountain. After a short break, we continued to climb.
After the sight-seeing and a long walk in the shade of trees, we took the bus and returned to the foot of the mountain and everyone was too tired to say anything. Unexpectedly, the team building activity became an outdoor sport and all of us unexpectedly arrived at the rendezvous point. Different people had different impression of the beautiful scenery of Mogan Mountain. Thanks to the meticulous care by the administration department, we insisted and accompanied and helped each other until the end of the activity. We felt so refreshed and relaxed.
The rugged and stony mountain path is like the ups and downs of the development of the enterprise as well as our hard life. When we are trapped in difficulties, we will always find a way out. It is the spirit of leading, perseverance, mutual aid and friendship that fuel up our stride forward and constitute the Herocean spirit.
